Commissioning and rational use of hydraulic oil pump

After the installation of the hydraulic oil pump, the pump must be inspected and debugged to observe whether the pump works normally before it can be put into normal operation. How to check and debug whether the hydraulic pump works normally.

(1) Check that the rotation direction of the pump shall be consistent with the direction indicated on the label on the pump body and shall not be reversed.

(2) Rotate the coupling by hand and feel light and uniform stress to identify whether the installation of the pump is normal.

(3) Check whether the safety valve in the hydraulic system is at the set allowable pressure.

(4) Check whether the hydraulic system has a load relief circuit, whether it can cause full load start and stop, so as to reduce the service life of the pump and overload the motor.

(5) Before the first commissioning of the pump, fill the oil discharge port with oil to make the pump have oil, so as to avoid damaging the components due to dry friction when the pump is started, and open the safety valve at the same time.

(6) The pump shall run at no load for no less than 5min before operation Check whether the operation sound of the pump is normal and the direction of liquid flow is correct. If it is normal, carry out on-load commissioning. First, carry out low load operation, adjust the pressure of the flow regulating valve to less than 2.0MPa, rotate the truck oil pump for 10-15min, and check whether the action, leakage, noise and temperature rise of the system are normal.

In the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil pump, as the most important power output component, is indispensable. However, in the hydraulic system, there are many key points in the use of the oil pump, which need to be known. Otherwise, the service life of the oil pump may be reduced or damaged.

① The hydraulic oil pump can be installed with support or flange. The pump and prime mover shall adopt a common foundation support. Both flange and foundation shall be rigid enough. Special attention: the plunger pump with flow greater than (or equal to) 160L / min shall not be installed on the oil tank.

② The hydraulic oil pump and the output shaft of the prime mover shall be connected by elastic coupling. It is strictly prohibited to install a pulley or gear to drive the hydraulic pump on the hydraulic pump shaft. If the pulley or gear must be connected with the pump, a pair of supports shall be added to install the pulley or gear, and the coaxiality error between the support and the pump shaft shall not be greater than Φ 0.05mm。

③ The oil suction pipe shall be as short, straight, large and thick as possible. Generally, the oil suction pipeline of the oil pump in the cab shall be provided with a coarse filter with a nominal flow of not less than twice the pump flow (the filtering accuracy is generally 80 ~ 180) μ m) The oil drain pipe of the hydraulic pump shall be directly connected to the oil tank, and the oil return back pressure shall not be greater than 0.05Mpa. The oil suction pipe orifice and oil return pipe orifice of the oil pump shall be less than 200mm below the lowest oil level of the oil tank. Special attention shall be paid to that the oil filter shall not be installed on the oil suction pipe of the plunger pump, the diameter of the stop valve on the oil suction pipe shall be one block larger than that of the oil suction pipe, and the length of the oil suction pipe shall be l < 2500mm, No more than two pipe bends< p="">

④ The inlet and outlet of the hydraulic oil pump shall be firmly installed, and the sealing device shall be reliable, otherwise air suction or oil leakage will occur, which will affect the performance of the hydraulic pump.

⑤ The self-priming height of the hydraulic oil pump shall not exceed 500mm (or the inlet vacuum shall not exceed 0.03mpa). If the make-up oil pump is used for oil supply, the oil supply pressure shall not exceed 0.5MPa. When the oil supply pressure exceeds 0.5MPa, the pressure seal ring shall be used. For the plunger pump, the reverse self-priming mode shall be used as far as possible.

⑥ Before installing the hydraulic oil pump, check whether the depth of the installation hole is greater than the shaft extension of the pump to prevent shaft jacking, otherwise the pump will be burned.
