Heat conduction oil pump is the second generation product developed on the basis of centrifugal oil pump, which is mainly composed of casing, rotor, bearing and sealing part. The circulating water can only be stopped when the temperature of the high-temperature pump drops below 80℃, and the sealing system (flushing liquid and sealing gas) should be stopped as appropriate after stopping the pump for 20 minutes. 4. Standby heat-conducting oil pump: the suction valve is fully open and the discharge valve of truck oil pump is fully closed (when the minimum flow bypass pipeline is provided, the bypass valve is fully open and the discharge valve is fully closed), so that the pump is in a suction pressure state full of liquid. The cooling water of the standby pump should continue to be put into use, and the lubricating oil level should be kept not lower than the specified oil level. In winter, special attention should be paid to inspection, so as to keep the heating line and cooling water unblocked and avoid freezing. 5. The standby heat-conducting oil pump shall be turned as required. 6. (After shutdown) For pumps requiring maintenance, close the nitrogen inlet valve of the dry gas seal system after stopping (cooling down), relieve the pressure in the seal chamber, and then completely discharge the liquid in the pump and the cooling water in the cooling system, so that the pressure in the pump body drops to zero, the residual materials in the pump are purged clean, all valves are closed, and the substation is contacted for power cut-off. On-site treatment should meet HSE requirements. Heat-conducting oil pumps operate at high speed under high temperature, and usually work for a long time, so some safety accidents may occur when heat-conducting oil pumps work for a long time. We must pay attention to the safety problems that may occur during daily use of heat-conducting oil pumps to avoid accidents. Cab oil pump. In recent years, due to the rising prices of raw materials for high-temperature heat-conducting oil pumps, some informal private manufacturers have replaced ductile iron impellers on heat-conducting oil pumps with some low-priced cast iron impellers in order to reduce costs, thus improving the profit margin. Because of the poor willfulness of the impellers, the materials are brittle and not resistant to high temperature, if the heat-conducting oil pumps are stuck by impurities during normal operation or the pump body suddenly encounters cold, there may be an explosion danger.
