When the plunger continues to move upwards, the oil supply continues, and the oil pressing process continues until the helical bevel on the plunger gets out of the way of the oil return hole of the plunger sleeve. When the oil hole is opened, the high-pressure oil of the truck oil pump flows back to the oil passage in the pump body from the oil chamber through the longitudinal groove on the plunger and the oil return hole on the plunger sleeve. At this time, the oil pressure in the oil chamber of the plunger sleeve decreases rapidly, and the oil outlet valve falls back to the valve seat and injector under the action of the oil pressure in the spring and Oil adjustment In order to meet the requirements of diesel engine load, the oil supply of the fuel injection pump must be adjusted within the range of maximum oil supply (full load) to zero oil supply (shutdown). The adjustment of oil supply is realized by rotating all plungers of the fuel injection pump at the same time through toothed bars and rotating sleeves. When the plungers rotate, the oil supply start time remains unchanged, while the oil supply end time changes due to the change of the position of the oil return hole of the plunger sleeve by the bevel. With the different angles of plunger rotation, the effective stroke of plunger will be different, so the oil supply will also change. Therefore, when the plunger rotates, the oil supply is adjusted by changing the time of the oil supply end point. This method is called the oil supply end point adjustment method.
