When leakage or oil seepage occurs in the hydraulic lock system, the first step is to perform system depressurization to ensure safe operation. Common leakage points include aged seals, loose fittings, or wear at valve body connections. The fault source can be accurately located through visual inspection combined with pressure testing. For damaged seals, it is recommended to replace them with oil- and pressure-resistant specialized sealing rings. During installation, clean the contact surfaces and apply an appropriate amount of grease. Loose fittings should be retightened using a torque wrench to control the force and prevent secondary damage from overtightening. In addition, regularly monitoring hydraulic oil level and oil quality changes helps detect potential leakage signs early, thereby improving troubleshooting efficiency.
